We are actually pulling together jobs from several different sources across the internet as well as taking original job posts. It is true that oodle also aggregates jobs from other places, but they do in fact pull jobs from many sources other than just one. Related to the sort of jobs, we actually have found that it is extremely difficult to effectively search careerbuilder, employmentspot and oodle for sports or fitness jobs. We have filters running in the background that screen each job and only pulls out jobs actually related to the sports, fitness or recreation industries. We also have taken the time to gather industry advice from people working in the sports and fitness fields as well as people with experience in executive recruiting and management.
