The White Knight or the White Joker
How many of us are drinking milk still? I personally am not, and I know people who have been cutting it out of their diets and discovering many benefits in digestion and energy levels. So are humans finally changing their belief about the White Knight of nutrition?
We haven’t seen an anti dairy campaign for a few years now, but perhaps that’s why we’re finally seeing a change!
Humans don’t like changing when you tell them to, they like to change only when they feel like changing. Maybe now that there’s no pressure to stop consuming dairy they’re giving it a go to see what happens?
So tell me, what’s your experience with dairy? Do you still consume it and enjoy the benefits every day? Or have you given it up and discovered new energy and a stronger immune system?
